Witkoppen Health and welfare Centre is recruiting for a Senior HR Officer

 Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer

 Key Performance Areas/ Description of Duties:

  • Payroll Management
  • Managing Human Resources Information Systems and VIP including on-line Pension/Provident Fund Management
  • Preparation and Submission of various HR Reports
  • People Management

 Qualifications

  • NQF(6) or (7) in Human Resources Management or Behavioural Sciences
  • Further Qualifications, NQF 8 or higher, or a Management Qualification like MDP will be advantageous

Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience within a Human Resources Officer environment especially Payroll and HRIS like VIP/SAP
  • Experience in, and Knowledge of Healthcare Environment will be advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Experience in pension/provident fund management
  •  Project Management experience
