Human Resources Generalist - reporting to the Chief Operations Officer

 Key Performance Areas:

  • SHEQ – Safety Committee Representation and HR Quality systems, Policies and Procedures
  • Financial – HR Budgeting and Fiancial Management
  • Stakeholder Relations – Customer Service, Stakeholder/Service Provider Engagement and Relations
  • Recruitment Strategy – aligned to WHWC Overall Business Strategy and Objectives
  • RecruitmentManagement – manage the whole sourcing process and ensuring skills availability aligned to the HumanB Resources Sourcing Plan and Strategy
  • People Management – Coaching,  Mentoring, Teamwork
  • Job Design, Evaluation and Grading – including Organisational Structure Management, Job grading, evaluation and grading systems and structures

Minimum Requirements:


  • NQF(7) IN Human Resources Management or Behavioural Science
  • Further Qualifications, NQF 8 or higher, or a Management Qualification like MDP will be advantageous
  • Professional Registration as Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist will be advantageous


  • At least 5 years’ experience within a Human Resources Generalist environment especially Sourcing (Recruitment, Selection, Exit processes)
  • Experience in, and Knowledge of Healthcare Environment will be advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Office
  • Experience in different HRI Systems, like VIP
  • Project Management experience
